Multiple Grammy Award-winning singer Adele will perform a special one-night only concert in New York at Radio City Music Hall on Tuesday, Nov. 17. The event will be recorded for a one-hour NBC special, “Adele Live in New York City,” airing on Monday, Dec. 14 (10 p.m. ET/PT).
This extraordinary performance will mark the artist’s first concert in the U.S. since fall 2011 and her largest ever show to date in New York.
Adele recently announced the release of her highly anticipated new album, “25,” available globally on Nov. 20. The album’s first single “Hello,” shot to the top of charts around the globe upon release on Oct. 23. The video for “Hello” was also released on Oct. 23 and has already amassed over 146 million views in just one week.
In celebration of the release of “25,” Adele will take over NBC with performances on “Saturday Night Live” (Nov. 21), “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” (Nov. 23) and “Today” (Nov. 25). Adele made her U.S. television debut on NBC’s “Today” in summer 2008.
“Adele Live in New York City” is executive produced by Lorne Michaels, Adele and Jonathan Dickins, and directed by Beth McCarthy-Miller.
