“Take You Over” was produced by Roccstar fresh off his work with Chris Brown, available in all remixes at iTunes and digital outlets now. The remixes feature top tier DJs’ Ralphi Rosario, Dave Audé,. Vein, Alessandro Calemme and Craig C. The track spotlights Bleona’s soaring vocals and playfully brash persona, which perfectly embodies the defiant spirit and uncompromising vision of her music.
Her first American full-length album, “I Am Bleona,” will be released in early 2016. To create the album’s beat-heavy breed of deeply melodic dance-pop, she teamed up with A-list producers RoccStar (Usher, Chris Brown, J.Lo), Fuego (Sia, Iggy Azalea, Jason Derulo), and Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins (Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears).
Bleona is one of the best-selling recording artists in Eastern Europe, with eight albums selling in excess of 1.5 million copies; sold out stadium performances reaching hundreds of thousands of fans; and more than 35 magazine covers to her credit. She recently wrapped a season of X Factor (Albania) as celebrity judge, and is a breakout star of Bravo TV’s “Euros Of Hollywood,” where her strong, feisty and humorous nature endeared her to audiences worldwide.
Additionally, Bleona is a fashion entrepreneur with her own line of jewelry at www.ShopBleona.com, handbags and shoes; and is a humanitarian supporting numerous charitable causes, including heavy support of the LGBT community.
Positioned for her American breakthrough, Bleona first hit U.S. audiences with such Timbaland-produced tracks as 2010’s “Show Off” (feat. Petey Pablo) and 2012’s “Pass Out” (feat. Timbaland and Brasco). Her 2013 single, “Take It Like a Man,” shot to No. 7 on the UK charts entirely on the strength of its fierce attitude and club-ready beat — with no promotional support from a music label — while 2014’s fabulously tongue-in-cheek “F**k You I’m Famous” made its way into steady rotation on SiriusXM.
Bleona comments: “I don’t ever want to sing lyrics like, ‘Oh, you left me and now I’m crying.’ I’ve always had a strong do-it-yourself attitude and have believed that if something is important to you, you will find a way to make it happen.”
