When you first meet Gary Lavard you are taken aback by his height. He is way taller in person than he appears on the TV screen. As he flashes his smile you get caught in a daydream. Introduced to Gary Lavard via the Tyson Anthony based series “About Him,” I was immediately intrigued by his character. Slightly mysterious and 100% sexy, Gary forces you to recognize his value. A man of great acting ability. Pure sex siren. And, ample personality. Gary is one of the few who present a wholesome presentation to the world. A conquer by nature, Gary isn’t afraid to sit on the couch with me and allow for the RA mag readers to go behind the lens on him and see what he is all about.

Gary LaVard has been gracing the entertainment scene with his presences and charm for years. A Detroit native, he currently resides between Atlanta and Los Angeles where he is a model/actor. Gary has been involved with all things entertainment his whole life. Due to his impeccable physical stature, his body was used as the body cast for legendary NFL players, Jimmy Johnson and R.C. Owens statues, which is currently on display inside the new Levi Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers. Through hard work and consistency, Gary has landed principal and supporting roles in short and independent films such as Ambivalence, Assistant Motives (Paula Jai Parker), Products of the American Ghetto (Robin Givens), BAIT (season 1), Besties (Netflix) and currently starring in the hit LGBT web series, About Him. 2017 will be an even bigger year with the releases of the feature film, The Other Side, where Gary will play the lead of an entertainment lawyer and Murder Chose Me, a new tv show coming to the ID channel.
