WHAT: Tamika Catchings will visit the NBA Store on Fifth Avenue to sign copies of her new   autobiography, “Catch A Star:  Shining Through Adversity to Become a Champion.

In “Catch a Star,” Catchings shares stories of her childhood, struggles with hearing loss and bullying, founding the Catch the Stars Foundation, and journey to being named one of the WNBA’s top 15 players in history. Available nationwide March 1, the book features an introduction from former Indianapolis Colts coach Tony Dungy.

Catchings recently became the first woman to receive the National Civil Rights Museum Sports Legacy Award and will enter her 16th and final season playing with the Indiana Fever this May.
