Take about getting you in your feelings! Babeeeeeeeeeee Layton was not playing on this mic.

The song will have you mad at whoever you love but they played. You know what I mean! I suggest you get the tissues before you press play. Sis is a BEAST!

“I Love You” (Quality Control Music/Level’D Up/Motown Records). Accompanied by piano, Greene opens up her heart, confronting the confusion and longing she’s left with after a breakup. She wrote the song with G. Styles, who teamed up with The Exclusives to produce it. Quality Control’s Pierre “Pee” Thomas and Kevin “Coach K” Lee served as executive producers.

I Love You” is the follow-up to Greene’s spring 2019 single, “Leave Em Alone” ft. Lil Baby, City Girls and PnB Rock, which has racked up more than 60 million cumulative streams, and is generating over eight million streams a week. The track went to #1 on YouTube Music’s “R&B on the Rise” playlist after its release and is now playlisted in Spotify & Apple Music’s top R&B playlists – Are & Be and  A-List: R&B. AllHipHop praised it as “explosive” and hailed Greene as “your new favorite R&B singer.” “Leave Em Alone” is featured on the compilation album Quality Control: Control The Streets Volume 2, which was released last week by Motown/Quality Control.

Views of the official video for “Leave Em Alone” have surpassed 10 million. The upbeat clip follows Greene as she enrolls at Quality Control University, where she’s joined by other members of the QCU freshman class – label mates Lil Baby, City Girls and PnB Rock. The 20-year-old vocalist is the first R&B artist signed to Quality Control, a move that HotNewHipHop hailed as “historic.” Born in East St. Louis, Greene became a viral sensation when she put her own spin on Kodak Black’s “Roll in Peace” and uploaded the homemade video to social media. Encouraged by the incredible response she received, Greene went in the studio with producer G-Styles to record an extended version of the song. “Roll In Piece Remix” gained over 3.5 million plays on SoundCloud in the first month and jumped into the Top 15 of Billboard’s Hot R&B Songs chart.

After quitting her restaurant day job, Greene began to focus full-time on her music. Combined global streams of her songs exceed 330 million – including more than 80 million streams for “Myself,” an original song, and 15 million streams for her remake of Lil Baby’s “Close Friends,” which topped SoundCloud’s R&B chart earlier this year. She now has more than 740,000 followers on Instagram.
