Chicago Designer Stevie Edwards announced today that his Logo Collection Debut will be featured in a multi-spread fashion ad with actress LisaRaye as his Muse in the March Spr/Sum ‘21 Issue of Harper’s Bazaar.
After being featured in October’s 2020 Issue of Vogue as the new “it” Designer, Stevie is constantly making his brand go national. Also featured in Dec/Jan 20 Issue of GQ, Stevie’s full page ad stated, ‘Fashion-the show must go on”. With the Logo Print being such a hit in Fashion with brands such as Gucci, Fendi, Louis Vuitton just to name a few, Stevie Edwards wants to be the first as a black designer to debut a Logo Fabric which he owns the trademark and copyright to.
Stevie has designed and trademarked his Logo Print fabric, which spells his name. Logo print fabric has been in fashion going as far back as the 80’s, from Hip hop, to Pop Culture. Stevie has designed a Collection of sexy dresses out of the Logo print. He is also introducing his Stevie Edwards Home Logo Collection also, which features pillows and dinnerware. This is the first of an African American Designer who is from Chicago were he still resides to accomplish this.
Ask about, his style and inspiration, Stevie says, “I’m going to pick up where Patrick Kelly left off, he was gone to soon, and was such a great inspiration to me.’
Stevie is believed to be the first Black designer featured in a multi-pager fashion spread in Harper’s Bazaar, which will hit store shelves on March 3rd 2021.
This Designer will be “The Next Big Thing” in Fashion.
Stevie has dressed some of Hollywood’s finest such as Diana Ross, Jody Watley, LisaRaye, Sparkle, Terisa Griffin, Julie Dexter, Tiffany Haddish and most recently Producer/Director Billie Woodruff.
