RaeLynn recently released her brand new track “Tailgate,” which has already accumulated more than 4.2 million streams before traditional radio airplay. She penned the “feel-good” (People) tune alongside Canaan Smith, Corey Crowder and Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard. He and and Brian Kelly joined RaeLynn on stage for a blowout performance of the “infectious bop” (Taste of Country) at this summer’s Faster Horses Festival.
Earlier this year the singer / songwriter treated fans to the first new music since her debut record WildHorse, which arrived at No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Albums Chart and Top 10 on Billboard’s All-Genre Albums Sales Chart in 2017. “Queens Don’t” has earned nearly 15 million total on-demand streams and its accompanying music video, directed by Sean Hagwell, has impressively tallied upwards of five million views on YouTube. Rolling Stone praised the track for “alternating between quiet verses bolstered by acoustic guitar strums and full-bodied choruses” and continuing her signature “progressive blend of pop and country.”
RaeLynn co-wrote 11 of the 12 tracks on Wildhorse, which was recognized as one of the 40 Best Country and Americana Albums of 2017 by Rolling Stone and a Best Country Album by UPROXX and Stereogum in addition to being a “People’s Picks” by People. With a remarkable 250 million cumulative career on-demand streams to her name, the breakout star has earned numerous award nominations from the Academy of Country Music, Radio Disney Music Awards and CMT Music Awards. She has performed on several national TV shows including TODAY, Late Night with Seth Meyers and ELLEN.
