Michael Sam says there are other players in the NFL that are gay!

Michael Sam is known as being the first NFL player to come out publicly as being gay. His coming out led to instant fame and led to huge interviews with GQ Magazine, Sports Illustrated, a documentary on OWN, and a spot on dancing with the stars.

Sam spoke with the Quinnipiac University students and faculty. “I’m just gonna say I’m not the only one in the NFL that is gay, I’m just the only one that is out,” Sam said. “They want to protect their livelihood,” Sam said. “But there will be a time [when they come out]. There’s going to be a day.”
