House Music/ EDM recording artist Irene Michaels is set to perform at New York’s LGBTQ’s finest hour, The Get Out Magazine Awards, on Monday March 3, 2025 @ 8:00 PM @ The Dickens on 8th Avenue in Manhattan. Joining her on her new release which was launched on Valentine’s Day called “My Heart” will be a surprise guest…hip hop artist Twizm Whyte Piece….Shhhhhhh….it’s a surprise.
The Awards will also feature Irene’s awards winning song “I Like Rain” which earned her a Get Out Awards for her contribution to House Music and Best Song of the year @ the Josie Music Awards 2023. “My Heart” also earned Irene an award for Best Independent Artist for the BroadwayWorld Cabaret Awards in January 2025. Irene was recently a featured guest in “50 Shades of Gay; A Christmas Cabaret” starring comedian Ike Avelli and was also a feature performer during The After Pride Parade Party. Irene has also recently performed at Times Square for the 40th Anniversary of the United Nation’s International Peace Day Concert “Pause the World for Peace.”
The Awards will be hosted by iconic Queen Ariel Sinclair and Co-Hosted by dynamic Queen Kimmi Moore. DJ Stevie Sidewalk will be spinning and publisher Mike Todd stands in as producer. Other entertainers include the Rita Hayworth of NYc Quinn Lemley and former club kid Screamin’ Rachael as well as some of the coolest drag performers ever. Presenters include Wendy Stuart, Tym Moss, Ike Avelli, The Imperial Court of New York, Celebrity Photographer Billy Hess, legendary columnist Michael Musto, and others.
