If you know me, you know I am a #Foodie and avid #Yelper. As such, I take pride in introducing you to the new Hot Spots for Good Eats!

APT 4B, an intimate restaurant known for its upscale Caribbean flare, has added a twist to its menu for summer brunch in Atlanta. The mid-morning foodies can now enjoy several new creative Caribbean-inspired brunch dishes, signature entrees, and handcrafted cocktails in a funky and hip atmosphere. The owners opted to elevate the customer’s experience and make its mark on Caribbean brunch in the city with offerings that can only be found at APT 4B. Chef Derek, the restaurant’s pastry chef, curated seven new entrees that are slightly traditional with innovative touches that make for an enticing meal.

The menu will feature the following dishes:

  • Crab Cakes/Mango Jerk Sauce/Pineapple Salsa
  • Deep-fried French Toast with Cornflake Crust/Cream Cheese Stuffed Pastry/Served with Fresh Fruit, Chantilly Cream, and House-Made Passion Fruit Syrup
  • Salt fish fritters/ Served with Tori Sauce
  • Yazzys Impossible Empanadas/ Served with Tori sauce
  • Oxtail Breakfast Sandwich/ Toasted Cocobread/ Smoked Gouda & Mozzarella Cheese/Fried Egg/ Served with Hash
  • Jerk Chicken Omelette / Sautéed Bell Peppers and Onions/ Smoked Gouda/ Served with Green Goddess Strawberry Salad
  • Vegetarian Chicken & Waffles/Chicken Fried Oyster Mushrooms/ Sweet Potato Waffles/ Served with our House-Made Passionfruit Syrup

“The new menu gives heavier brunch vibes than the first. And the dishes are super creative and fun! I can’t wait for folks to see, and try the Cornflake Crusted French Toast,” stated Tasha Cyril, one of APT 4B’s partners.

Making its debut in 2020, APT 4B grew to become a popular dining scene with an even more popular food selection. Inspired by the owner’s Caribbean heritage, APT 4B is known for its “cool friend’s apartment” design, specialty cocktails, and having one of the largest vinyl collections in Atlanta. Fast forward to 2022, the savvy and eclectic restaurant is providing a different element to how brunch is served that is more exciting and unforgettable. The new menu options are available now.
