High School Musical: The Musical: The Series Presents “The Quinceañero”

Premiering tonight on Disney+ “The Quinceañero” is an episode that pulls on your heart and causes an abundance of emotions which somehow lead to tears that end in laughs…. I know, I know. I sound all over the place with my emotions, but that is exactly what this episode is, an emotional rollercoaster of fun, love, laughs, and truth.

Between us…… (don’t tell the cast I told you this.)

The episode starts with the laughs and cheers that we have grown to love from High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. Somewhere between trying on the coat and planning the surprise (oh yeah, there’s a surprise), we are propelled into a few situations that have to do with,

  1. Someone facing their truth’s
  2. Someone keeping a secret
  3. The return of….. and how he is trying to get…. (But, I’ll let you see that)
  4. The secret meeting (can you guess where)
  5. Pizzaaaaaaaaa (LoL)

That’s enough for now. LoL!

Taking the time to introduce this episode to us, cast members, Matt Cormett, Joshua Bassett, and Kate Reinders took us through some show trivia, fun times on set, and most of all, what this episode means to them. I began to understand how engaging this episode would be upon hearing,

“I cried more from this episode than any other.” – Matt Cormett

At this point, I was all gas no brakes.

Prepare yourself for an exploration of life as it unfolds with remnants of life learning and explorative elements we all can relate to young or old.

“The Quinceañero” premieres TONIGHT, Friday, June 11 on Disney+, and new episodes of “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series” air on Fridays on Disney+.
