Ok. Let me catch you up on my weekend. I had the chance to experience the “Rich Bizarre & Krystal Garner presents World Trap Day” event that took place on Friday (08/14/20) and it was absolutely AMAZING.
Not just another exhibit, this is an exploration of Life as we know it vs. Life as it is interpreted. Yeah, it’s like that!
World Trap Day concluded with Rich Bizarre unveiling his latest work; a prison reform art piece to explain his and the world’s frustrations since the latest killings of Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, Rayshard Brooks, and George Floyd.
In the wake of a global pandemic, the Trap Music Museum resident explained his heart for his people and his two weeks of sleepless nights to make this past weekend possible. Trap Museum General Manager & Season 1 Winner of The Grand Hustle explains the importance of self-expression through art, the reality of voter suppression, and motivated the crowd to get to the polls on November 3 to see the change they so desperately want to see. Rich art piece will be on the beltline and at Axis Replay for hundreds to view until next Saturday.
