Who’s ready to Party with a Cause?

The 8th Annual Los Angeles Culture Fest & Parade begins with a 2-mile Parade on the streets of Hollywood Blvd that will miraculously Transform into a Grand Carnival and Street Extravaganza with tens of Thousands of spectators witnessing a parade progression of Masqueraders dressed in vibrant, breathtaking costumes dancing to Pulsating music rhythms of the world. The party continues at the Carnival Village with representatives.
