As the Editor In Chief, it’s my job to keep my ear to the streets. Naturally when I hear something new that I know it next to blow it’s my duty to tell you first.

Loeii is that artist who blends the Backpacker Worlds of Common, Talib and KRS with the Raw Reality of Kendrick, Eminem and Yeezy. Some say destined others say inherited, both groups can’t deny the lyrical genius of Loeii. Cut from the cloth of intellectual survivors, this Detroit native cultivated his music talents in Atlanta and Las Vegas. Now residing in the suburbs of Los Angeles, he is focusing on his lyrical abilities as well as recording non stop. Loeii can be found vibing to Bob Marley and turning up to Rich Homie Quan. With a love for music this young artist takes the soul of early blues and opera and mixing it with a sound that could be heard on any urban pop station across the world.
